There is the Road Station “Jukai Road Hidaka” at the junction of Route 274 linking Eastern Hokkaido to Sapporo and Route 237 linking the Asahikawa area and the Urakawa area.
Please drop in before entering the mountain pass.
There are stands and a cafe in the hall. You can eat the specialty of Hidaka "Yamabe Tempura soba" made with a kind of trout produced in the Saru River at the handmade soba restaurant "Teuchi Soba Taro".
